Linking

Write [[vox:oak_log]] rather than a URL, so links survive renames. [[vox:oak_log|logs]] sets the link text. A reference to removed content renders its former name and removal version as plain text. A reference that resolves to neither fails the build.

Every profile is one entry in wiki.profiles.ts. Adding a press or preview build is one object there and one sync run.
